Heard Consulting is a full-service restaurant and hospitality consulting firm serving independent operators and restaurant groups across Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Colombia, and Mexico. We work alongside operators at every stage of the business lifecycle — from new restaurant openings, operations consulting, and turnarounds to third-party delivery management, compliance, staffing, and financial performance.

Heard Consulting is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and is one of the few firms in the region offering fully bilingual restaurant and hospitality consulting and certification services — including ServSafe Food Handler, Food Manager (CFPM), ManageFirst, and alcohol server training and exams. We also operate ShiftCert, a proprietary certification and compliance tracking platform built specifically for restaurant and hospitality operators.
