Henbart LLC is a Seattle based real estate company that develops, owns and manages commercial and residential properties in the Pacific Northwest.
Started in 1922, we offer a century of experience in the acquisition and development of real estate with the ability to hold assets long-term and maintain hands-on management. We measure success by the quality of our real estate assets, and believe it’s our responsibility to develop and manage properties that add value to a neighborhood and greater community.
