Sanara Mental Health is a Bellevue-based outpatient mental health clinic committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based counseling services for individuals, couples, and families. Our mission is to create a supportive environment where healing begins and clarity grows, empowering clients to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and confidence.
We offer individual therapy, couples counseling, group therapy, and virtual sessions to ensure accessible care for the Eastside community. Our team of licensed clinicians represents diverse specialties and therapeutic approaches, allowing us to provide personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Sanara Mental Health is built on a foundation of clinical excellence, operational strength, and community engagement. In addition to direct services, we prioritize partnerships with local organizations and businesses to promote mental wellness, reduce stigma, and increase access to care.
As we grow, our vision includes expanding services, integrating psychiatric medication management through future provider additions, and developing a scalable model that maintains high standards of care while increasing accessibility throughout the region.
