The Vendor Edit: VMG Studios brings Chamber’s mission video to life

When you have a team as small in size yet large in impact as the Chamber, sometimes — despite our best efforts to soldier through and DIY ourselves to success — you’ve gotta call in the big dogs. And when it comes to creative marketing and video creation, that’s where VMG Studios comes in.

Based in Bellevue and founded in 2004, VMG has produced animation and video content for the world’s top enterprise companies, global and midsize brands, and as of June, they’ve added the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce to that list in support our annual fundraiser.

We first connected with VMG just a few weeks before our Bellevue Regional Awards Gala, and threw a hodgepodge of concepts and constraints at them in addition to the goal of giving our President & CEO, Joe Fain, the spotlight!

We came together with a plethora of storyboards — many of which we plan to tackle in the coming months and years — and ultimately landed on messaging that we felt would get our point across most clearly: The Chamber is growing, our office is moving, and we need your help as we scale our organization.

The VMG team hauled their equipment to our future office, which is, for lack of a better description, an active construction zone, and gave them the impossible task of portraying just how excited we are for the space despite it being covered in rubble and paint swatches.

And, sure enough, they pulled everything off in just 2 weeks!

(ICYMI, you can watch our fundraiser video produced by VMG Studios at this link or below.)

A huge thanks goes out to the VMG Studios squad, and if you have an upcoming creative project, visit their website at https://vmgstudios.com/ or contact them at hello@vmgstudios.com
